We utilize Risk Assessments at all levels at M.C. Dean. Our success is driven by the planning process and includes evaluating risk in every decision we make. This can happen informally through Daily Work Briefings, or formally through our Project Risk Registers, as well as Position and Activity based assessments. Risk Assessments provide safety professionals with an avenue to connect with operations and demonstrate to our customers we understand their business.
